Pipe Foreman/Loader Operator/ Pipe Layers/Laborers
Foreman:

Complete supervision and responsibility for the job site field operations, including daily production, costs, safety, organization, labor & equipment scheduling and management, subcontractor management. This candidate MUST HAVE a strong background in the following areas: Sanitary Sewer, Waterline, Storm Sewer and Box Culvert Construction. You must be a leader to control the project and time constraints to meet construction deadlines.

- Minimum 3 years experience as a Foreman in Pipe & Utilities
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to details
- Preparing work plans, scheduling and directing work crews and subcontractors
- Develop "look ahead" schedules for crews, equipment and material
- Strong knowledge of plans and specifications
- Good understanding of working safely and OSHA requirements
- Proficient skills with Lasers, Line & Grade
- Deep Excavation and Dewatering is a plus

- Valid Florida Driver's License is required

Loader Operator/Pipe Layers/Laborers:

Seeking experienced heavy equipment operators, pipe layers, and laborers for a underground pipe utility construction contractor. Will be operating a loader/etc. on a pipe crew. This is a "WORKING EQUIPEMENT OPERATOR" who is expected to also get out of the machine to help when needed.

Experience in working with underground pipe - sewer, water, storm is must.
